Minimální odstup je 30 minut před jídlem nebo jedna hodina po něm. tinkturu je možné zalít trochou horké vody a tím dojde k odpaření se alkoholu. Tento postup je vhodný pro děti nebo řidiče. u akutních stavů doporučujeme užívat tinktury obvykle několik dní, obvykle do vyřešení problému u chronických stavů je třeba užívat obvykle několik měsíců. Nicméně do 2-3 měsíců by se mělo objevit minimálně zlepšení. na jeden měsíc potřebujete obvykle 2-3 balení (podle denní dávky - viz výše)
