Pliers - wire stripper 160mm VDE Yato YT-21160

Made of high quality CrV steel, precision pliers designed for stripping insulation from cables. They have a handle coated with insulating and anti-slip VDE material. They can be used for work with voltage up to 1000 V. The V-shaped construction of the stripper includes a spring and an adjustment knob. The overall length of the product is 160 mm. It is part of the VDE tool series for electricians and electromechanics.

• VDE insulation prevents accidental scratching of materials such as aluminum, copper or brass.
• Flame resistant properties - VDE insulation coating does not ignite even when tools are exposed to a 12 cm flame for at least 10 seconds.
• Low-temperature resistance - the insulating coating is resistant to mechanical impact at -40°C in accordance with EN/IEC60900.
• Stable embedding of the VDE coating on the tool - the VDE coating does not slip off the handle, even when pulling it with 500 N.
• Compressive strength - even when heated to 70°Cand subjected to 5,000 volts and 20 N of pointpressure, the coating remains intact.
• Resistance to voltage - tools with VDE coating are approved for work with voltage of 1000 V AC and 1500 V DC.
