In 1970 Cino Cinelli created his first collection of cycling clothing, developed specifically for the US market, where it was to be distributed by Campagnolo, which had already developed a strong retail network for soft goods. The result was a small selection of products, probably no more than a pair of cycling shorts, wool jersey, musette and cycling cap.
