It also helps calm the baby for a better sleep.
Add one tea bag to 8 ounces of boiling water, steep for 3 to 5 minutes. Serve chilled in a cup or a bottle, or freeze in ice cube trays and let baby suck on the ice cube. This should ONLY be done if the ice cube is inside of a fruit feeder in order to prevent choking. Store extra ice cubes in the freezer for easy future access.
