This is because Melatonin helps the body maintain a normal circadian (biological) rhythm. Melatonin supplementation may help you awaken feeling refreshed and revitalized. This product is also ideal for those individuals who may need a higher level of sleep support.
As a dietary supplement for adults, take 0.5 ml (5 mg) or 1.0 ml (10 mg) at bedtime as Melatonin may produce drowsiness, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Calibrated dropper inside.
Vegetable glycerin, water, natural black carrot and black currant concentrate (color), citric acid, natural black cherry flavor, sodium gluconate, sodium benzoate (preservative), potassium sorbate (preservative).
Free of: Gluten, wheat, dairy, soy, yeast, sugar, artificial flavor and sweetener.
